We are passionate about creating and serving food that is prepared from scratch, using fresh ingredients sourced from Canadian farms and suppliers.
Commercially prepared convenient entrées, soups and salads are not part of our food service program because the Chef wants you to taste the freshness of the ingredients in every entrée.
Farm-Fresh ingredients simply taste better.
Watch for “Meet the Chef” events. These educational sessions allow our Chef, or a guest Chef from the local community, to provide hands-on cooking demonstrations while teaching you valuable skills in preparing, cooking and eating healthy for a sustainable lifestyle.
Deli Meats
We roast deli meats in-house, including roast beef and turkey.
Outstanding Made-from-Scratch Soup
All soups are made fresh from scratch, using fresh seasonal and local ingredients.
