• Our School

  Bright and welcoming classrooms are equipped with materials and resources appropriate for the age and stage of the students. They also include multiple areas for group activities and individual exploration, SMARTboards, sound field amplification systems and access to laptops and tablets.
  
  

  We have dedicated spaces for our extensive rotary program: a French room, elementary library, music studio, gymnasium, early morning care, late duty care facility and The Living Room where students collect, research, and swap objects of interest.
  
  

  The Junior School is rich in resources with the feel of a small community:

   

  • Multiple outdoor spaces
  • PK2 & PK3 wing strategically located next to the shared gymnasium space for assemblies and daily activity

  Experienced faculty sets the stage for exploration and discovery in our Junior School. They maintain excellence in teaching through collaboration and continuous growth through professional development. 

   

• Personalized Learning

  Starting from 18 months old, the Junior School Pre-Kindergarten Program (PK2 & PK3) offers children the opportunity to learn in an environment that meets their specific age appropriate needs and prepares them for Junior and Senior Kindergarten (JK & SK), Grades 1-4 and beyond.
  
  

  The goal of the program is to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment, where each child is nurtured and cared for. Inquiry, play and exploration are pillars of the program. The Junior program offers a balance of student-led and teacher-directed curriculum that engages students’ individual passions.

   

• Character Development

  We develop the skills and attributes students need to confront and manage the challenges, stress and adversity they will encounter in life. The development of grit, tenacity and perseverance is essential to the educational experience and infused in our curriculum and Reach for the Stars program.
  
  

  Daily discoveries offer meaningful character development as each child has the freedom to make choices, problem-solve, and explore unique inspirations. The continuity of the Junior program fosters curiosity and openness to learning; qualities that occur naturally at this age and stage in a child’s development.
